Rewards - Material Possessions

An indicator of the desire to possess objects of high monetary value or importance.

This is the reward that a person has based on their belief in the importance of money or material possessions.
This person will feel that they can achieve material wealth and security through the collection of tangible possessions.

Responds to: cash, clothing, cars and other tangible items

Salesperson Example: Clearly a strong compensation package will be one of the most intense forms of this reward. A realistic commission plan will be enthusiastically received from a salesperson with this reward.
