INTERVIEW - MAIN PAGE
This is the point in the process where a structured, face-to-face interview occurs. Our goal is to observe how the candidate will interact with your prospects and customers. We are present during the initial interview and inject skill-based inquiries, behavioral-based questions and qualifying scenarios to develop a complete picture of the candidates’ abilities.
This interview is neither typical nor easy. It is crucial to see the salesperson in action and this it the stage that allows for the totality of their abilities to be revealed. Our purpose is to use the information we have gathered up to this point and incorporate it into the questions and interactions with the candidates.
