The final stage is our tactical Sales Development Plan which identifies strengths to leverage, aptitudes to develop and rewards to maximize your new salesperson's efforts. The result is a shortened ramp to revenue in bringing your new salesperson up to their full potential. We individually debrief the manager followed by the salesperson on the results from the process.
The output is a document the sales manager uses almost as a cheat sheet. The development plan lists the salesperson’s communication style and how to best tap into their abilities. The development plan directs the sales manager to specific strength and weakness areas to observe in the salesperson’s selling process and to track their improvements.
