Our development process starts by assessing the existing team to locate strength areas and potential vulnerabilities. The manager is included in this process. We then meet with the team members individually to debrief them on their results and provide them with communication tools to use in their day-to-day activities. These tools strengthen their ability to connect with others in their team and customers, vendors, investors and other external contacts.
The manager receives two sets of data - a debrief concerning their personal results and a full debrief of their team members. We compare the manager's style to the employee's style directly. This approach identifies any blind spots that may exist between their two sets of traits and styles. We provide a detailed plan for communicating, motivating and rewarding each individual on the team.
The development plan, coupled with our ongoing support, unlocks the growth potential for each employee. This document provides a quick manual for interacting and growing that specific employee. The manager can reference the plan before coaching the employee on the specific areas identified in the assessment stage. The goal - to maximize the company's return on investment in that individual.
