A.M.P. PROGRAM

TOOLS

Our variety of tools are all geared specifically towards sales managers.  The tools range from pre-hire tools to onboarding plans.

Selling Sheets – Custom designed for each individual salesperson.  These tip sheets provide tactical direction for the salesperson to adjust to the prospect or customer’s preferred style.  Clear communication allows the salesperson to qualify the opportunity efficiently and accurately.

Assessments – Our suite of available assessments allow us to measure skills to aptitudes to motivations to fit.  The reports provide detailed data that cannot be easily ascertained.  Think of it as an x-ray into their mind.  The results provide a map for the manager to get the most out of the salesperson’s abilities.

Development Plan – The synthesis of the reports into a sales-specific action plan for neutralizing the salesperson’s weaknesses and leverage their strengths.  The plan provides tasks for each stage of the selling process to be rated by the sales manager as they progress.

Onramping Program – Defined plan that sets clear milestones and incentives for reaching them.  This program sets the course for the salesperson’s success during the influential first 6 mos. in the role.  The onramping time is the most formative time for setting the long-term expectations.
