ASSESSING – LEADERSHIP

Purpose: Leaders, whether they be CEO’s or floor managers, have certain common traits. A desire to control their own destiny and the destiny of others, a drive to achieve and a style that motivates others are three such traits. This assessment objectively measures the leader’s integration of strengths, style and motivation and how they integrate them in achieving their goals.

Measurements:
Executive Style
This report identifies how executives tend to approach problems and challenges. Optimistic, stoic or skeptical, the leader’s style is displayed in the output. The report also focuses on a the characteristics that move an executive from a manager to a leader.

Rewards
Different leaders may have similar styles, but the underlying reward for their efforts can be polar opposites. Whether it is material possessions, status and recognition or a sense of mission, this assessment will uncover the prize that they respond to with the most intensity.

Motivations
These 6 drivers undergird their leadership, or Executive Style.  The leader’s drive to lead, to look for new alternatives, to stay true to their vision and to integrate past experiences into their vision of the future are all measured in this assessment.

Leadership Aptitudes
These aspects of leadership are present in all leaders to varying degrees. This assessment measures their talents in Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Planning & Organizing, Production Management, Self Management, Leadership by Example, Guiding Vision and Inspiring Excellence.

Highlights: Executive Style is crucial to setting the tone for their department or company. Understanding a leader’s style allows you to objectively predict the culture they will support and build. Their natural talents, or aptitudes, measures the specific leadership areas that they will incorporate in their leadership approach.
